Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my package? | Orders are currently picked up by Bpost twice a week. In principle, you will always receive your package within 1 to 4 working days. |
When can I pick up my order? | If your order is ready for pickup at the chosen shop, you will receive an email about it. With this email, you can then pick up your order at the checkout. This can sometimes take a few working days. |
I can't find an item on the webshop, can you order it? |
We always try to expand our assortment, but experience shows that this is not a simple task. Suggestions are always welcome from our store staff. |
When are you open? | You can find the opening hours of all stores on this page. |
Which countries do you ship to? | During checkout, you can choose from a list of EU countries to which we ship. If you do not find the desired country here, please send an email to info@akiba.be asking if we can include your desired destination in the list. |
Do you sell B2B or at wholesale prices? | No. Our focus is currently only on B2C. |
I would like to work for Akiba. Do you have a job (for students) for me? |
We receive dozens and sometimes hundreds (!) of job applications per month. Although we are honored by so much enthusiasm, unfortunately, we cannot respond to all applications. When we are looking for extra people, we announce this on Instagram and Facebook. Still want to apply spontaneously? Send a cover letter and CV with photo to careers@akiba.be and you will be placed in our recruitment reserve. |
