When will I receive my package?	Orders are shipped within 2 business days. In principle, you will always receive your package within 2 to 5 business days.
I can't find an item on the webshop, can I order it?	We’re always working to expand our range. Feel free to send us a message if you can’t find what you’re looking for.
Which countries do you ship to?	During checkout, you can choose from a list of EU countries to which we ship. If you do not find the desired country here, please send an email to info@akiba.be asking if we can include your desired destination in the list.
Do you sell B2B or at wholesale prices?	No. Our focus is only on B2C.
